This is one of my favorite places to climb. Truly a climber's heaven.

Trip Report Dec. 5, 2009
December trip started
pretty good, blue skies, high 50's, maybe even 60's in the sun. But by 2pm with windchill it was low 30's. But we're a hearty
group, and hoots and yells echoed off the walls of knobby granite with every send. Leo and Bruce destroyed an OW, Grahm send
a project Golden Serpent, and found another one, while Tom found another wall and antoher classic moderate. Brian hung tough
but was sent back to the car with altitude sickness (nothing a large burger couldn't cure). The road closed a day or two later
with 3 storms lining up. That was the last trip in for 2009, but Leo and Grahm will be up there terrorizing the place on their
rocket sleds for sure. I just can't decide if I want to risk life and limb and go back up with them. The Shuteye lure is strong...
we'll see. Merry Christmas everyone. And thanks Grahm, Brian, Bruce, Leo, and Matt for some killer memories. - Tom
